Meghan Markle All Smiles in Rare Instagram Post With Friends
Meghan Markle made a rare cameo on Instagram. The former actress took a photo with Cleo Wade and Kadi Lee while the group enjoyed a birthday lunch.
Meghan Markle is enjoying life in California. The former actress made a rare cameo in an Instagram post, and the Duchess of Sussex was smiling while wrapping her arms around her friends. The image was shared by Highbrow Hippie owner Myka Harris on the social media platform.
Harris' caption indicated that the group of ladies gathered to celebrate the American royal's birthday. "Belated bday celebrations with these lovely muses. missing sweet @sergenormant," Harris wrote over a photo of Cleo Wade, Meghan and hair colorist Kadi Lee.
The post follows Meghan's rumored return to the platform. The Royal Observer previously reported the "Archetypes" host secured an Instagram handle for herself. The page currently has over 69,000 followers, but the duchess has yet to post any snapshots.
The mother-of-two was expected to return to her influencer past when she launched her Spotify original series, but she changed her mind before the audio series' release date.
"Meghan was set to go live on Insta but changed her mind shortly before she launched her "Archetypes" podcast, so it’s just sitting there now," the friend told an outlet.
Last year, the Suits star teased a return to the Meta application.
"Do you want to know a secret?" she told writer Allison P. Davis. "I’m getting back…on Instagram."
"It was a big adjustment — a huge adjustment to go from that kind of autonomy to a different life," she added.

Aside from Meghan being spotted on Instagram, it's rumored that she will return to blogging. The Northwestern alum recently applied to trademark The Tig — her defunct website. Not only could Meghan return to publishing "Tig talks," but in April she signed with WME to manage her professional career and public image independent of her husband, Prince Harry.
"It is looking increasingly like the duchess has traded their Sussex double act for her own one-woman show," Daniela Elser wrote in an opinion piece about the Hollywood star. "Meghan — and only Meghan — has a new super agent and reportedly 'offers have been pouring in' for Meghan — and only Meghan."
