Congratulations are in order for Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank! The happy couple recently welcomed their second child, which Eugenie announced on her Instagram account. "Jack and I wanted to share the news that we had our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank … at 8.49 weighing 7.1lbs," the mom gushed on Monday, June 5.

"He is named after his great great great Grandfather George, his Grandpa George and my Grandpa Ronald," she added.

The Royal Observer previously reported Eugenie went into labor on Friday, June 2. Eugenie and her husband have created their own lives outside of Buckingham Palace. The duo split their time between the U.K. and Portugal due to Brooksbank's job. The former Casa Migos brand ambassador works at the Discovery Land Company, a development corporation owned by Mike Meldman.

Eugenie and Brooksbank's lives parallel Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's path to normalcy, as the duo paved their own path following their 2018 wedding.

While Eugenie pursued a career within the art world, working as the director at Hauser & Wirth, her husband, Brooksbank, has expanded his business portfolio in Portugal.

Despite her formal title, Eugenie currently doesn't receive funding from the monarchy or represent her famous brood as a working royal, but she did receive temporary housing from King Charles.

Eugenie was committed to raising her boys as Englishmen, and her uncle helped her return to her home country. The Royal Observer previously reported Eugenie and Brooksbank were living in the Sussexes' former home, Frogmore Cottage.

After Charles evicted his son, he offered the property to Eugenie as she transitioned back into her life in England. Charles allowed the family to stay in Frogmore until they found a permanent residence.

"The Sussexes are disappointed by the move but couldn’t be happier that Eugenie and Jack will take it over," an insider revealed. "They have been staying there on and off for the past few years anyway."

Upon moving into Frogmore Cottage, Eugenie managed to move Harry's things to California during her pregnancy with Ernest.

"They went to see Harry and Meghan last month in California. They took over some small personal belongings left on the property. They were also helping to box up items at Frogmore to be shipped over to California," the friend shared when explaining how Eugenie has been a helping hand as the pair continue to reside in Montecito.
