Prior to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry welcoming their daughter, Lilibet Diana, it was revealed the couple would be taking time off to focus on their new tot — but TV personality Megyn Kelly noted the pair don't have normal jobs.

"I will say this, one of the things that jumped out at me is that apparently Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are taking 20 weeks maternity and paternity leave," she said while speaking to Dan Wooton. "I just thought, 'Taking leave from what? From interviews with Oprah? What are they taking a big break from?'"

The host then asked Kelly what she thought of Harry and Meghan's daughter's moniker.

"I think Meghan and Harry should have just gone with Diana," she replied. "You call the royal family a bunch of racists, you describe living in the royal family as living in a prison and you criticize the family. Maybe at that point, you have sacrificed [and] waived your right to name your offspring after the matriarch."

In March, Meghan and Harry claimed someone in the royal family was "concerned" over Archie's skin color. However, the Queen replied to the accusations.

“The following statement is issued by Buckingham Palace on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen,” the statement, which was shared on social media on Tuesday, March 9, began.

“The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Meghan and Harry. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. Whilst some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”

Since then, Harry has not said the nicest things about his brood — but it seems like things may be turning around.

After Meghan, 39, and Harry, 36, brought their daughter home, they immediately wanted Queen Elizabeth to meet her.

“Meghan is now resting at home and she and Harry have already introduced the Queen to her great granddaughter via Zoom,” an insider exclusively told The Royal Observer. “Since the couple moved to L.A., the Queen has become very familiar with Zoom. She talks to Harry, Meghan and Archie via technology, and now she is using it to meet her granddaughter. She is a very modern grandmother.”

“This is the beginning of a new chapter within the family that will hopefully heal old wounds. Finally, there is hope that the family can reunite,” an insider added. “No one knew it at the time, but when Archie was born, Harry and Meghan were so angry with the family that they wanted nothing to do with them moving forward. That is why they broke all traditions and went with a totally new royal name. Now things have changed and they both very much want their daughter to be part of the family, which is why they chose the name Lilibet, the Queen’s childhood nickname.”
