He's getting so big! Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son, Archie, turned 2 on Thursday, May 6. 

The family of three now reside in California, and earlier this year, the red-headed hunk — who left the royal family in 2020 — revealed that his son was adjusting to his new home just fine. 

"To have outdoor space where I can go for walks with Archie and we go for walks as a family and with the dogs. You know, we go on hikes or go down to the beach, which is so close," Harry told Oprah Winfrey in an interview that aired on March 7.

"The highlight for me is sticking him on the back of the bicycle in his little baby seat and taking him on bike rides is something which I never was able to do when I was young. I can see him on the back, and he's got his arms out, chatting: 'Palm tree?' House?'" he gushed. 

The former actress, 39, who is currently pregnant with baby No. 2, revealed that her her tot has been so talkative as of late.

"He's on a roll. In the past few weeks it's been 'hydrate,'" she shared. 

"Whenever anyone leaves the house, he's like, 'Drive safe!'" Harry added.

Harry and Meghan showed off their son to the world at Windsor Castle on May 8, 2019 — just two days after she gave birth!

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were joined by Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, and Harry's grandparents, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, who just passed away on April 9 at 99 years old. 

Archie was photographed at six weeks old at Frogmore Cottage, where the couple lived before moving to California. 

The brunette beauty and her husband were pictured at the Christening of Archie, which took place at the private chapel at Windsor Castle on July 6, 2019. 

Archie looked like Prince Harry's twin when he made an appearance in September 2019. 

The duo brought along Archie to an event where he met Archbishop Desmond Tutu. 

Meghan, who just announced she is writing a children's book, read Duck! Rabbit! to Archie on his 1st birthday. 

Prince Harry couldn't help but smile at his son while in Canada.
