Princess Eugenie Shares Unseen Moments With Son Ernest in Heartfelt Birthday Post
Princess Eugenie who always maintained privacy, shared some rare pictures of Ernest on his special day.
Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank will welcome a fifth member to their family this summer, but before the young family grows even bigger, the royal took some time out to celebrate her son, Ernest’s third birthday. The 36-year-old took to her Instagram after a long time to post some never-before-seen pictures of her youngest son on his special day. With the adorable post, Eugenie gave royal fans a sneak peek into her beautiful life in Portugal.
The four-picture carousel shared by Eugenie featured Ernest in his own element. The post was headlined with a photo of the toddler playing with balloons, followed by him kicking a soccer ball, walking hand-in-hand with his older brother, August, and finally of Eugenie and him sharing a sweet moment. The expecting mother had the cutest caption for her son’s birthday as she wrote, “Happy 3rd birthday to my tiger loving, hat wearing, constantly hugging, fearless golden boy Ernie. You light up every room with your deep voice and infectious smile.”
Eugenie has kept her personal life largely under wraps, and since she is not a working royal, she can afford some semblance of privacy that some of her family members cannot enjoy. The last time the princess had posted her children on social media was when she had announced her pregnancy. She had posted a picture of August and Ernest holding an ultrasound scan in their hands.
Over the past year, Eugenie and her elder sister, Princess Beatrice, had been embroiled in constant controversies, thanks to their parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson’s involvement in the Epstein scandal. However, Eugenie’s happy news may help turn a new page for the sisters, if not for the entire York family unit. Buckingham Palace had joyfully announced her pregnancy news, indicating that the two princesses might be welcomed back in the fold after being left out in the cold for Easter this year.
As the Andrew-Epstein saga rages on with new disturbing updates coming every week, Eugenie and Beatrice might have finally found some security within the monarchy. The new baby will certainly bring a lot of positivity for them and will hopefully start a new chapter in their lives, as far as their role in the royal family is concerned.
