Meghan Markle Marks Princess Lilibet’s Birthday With Never-Before-Seen Family Photo

Meghan Markle celebrated Lilibet's fifth birthday with rare family photos featuring Prince Harry and a sweet message for her daughter.

It is a big day in the Sussex household, and Meghan Markle marked the occasion with an adorable family photo of Prince Harry and Princess Lilibet. On June 4, the Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram to celebrate the fifth birthday of her youngest child with two never-before-seen snapshots.

Markle captioned the post, "Our dream girl. Happy 5th birthday, Lili," alongside a white heart emoji. In the first photo, Harry is seen holding Lilibet in his arms as the young Princess reaches toward his face with a smile. The Duchess stands beside them, gazing lovingly at her husband and daughter while wrapping an arm around Harry in the heartwarming family portrait.

In the second photo, Lilibet is pictured standing barefoot in a sun-drenched garden as she gently reaches out to touch a cluster of purple blossoms while basking in the sunshine. Dressed in a light-colored summer dress, the five-year-old is surrounded by lush greenery in a picturesque garden setting.

Born in the year 2021, Lilibet Diana is the youngest child of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. She was born in California after the couple had settled in the U.S. following their decision to step back from royal duties in 2020. Lilibet is the younger sister of Prince Archie, who was born in May 2019 and turned seven last month. 

The birthday tribute follows a pattern Markle has adopted in recent years, sharing previously unseen family photos to mark major milestones for her children. Last year, she celebrated Lilibet's birthday with a collection of unseen family photos, and this year was no different as she shared candid moments from their California life. Similarly, for Archie's birthday, the Suits alum treated fans to a series of unseen family photos.

Beyond sharing family photographs online, Markle has also incorporated her children into her lifestyle brand. Earlier this year, she launched two limited-edition As Ever candles inspired by Archie and Lilibet, with each scent crafted around their birth dates and personalities.
