Beatrice and Eugenie Allegedly 'Begging' Kate Middleton to Let Them Back Into the Family
A source claims Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are butting heads with Kate Middleton, begging her not to tear their family apart.
For a long time, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were seen as innocent victims caught up in their parents' scandals. That perception, however, quickly unraveled following the release of the new Epstein files, which allegedly revealed their role in helping their parents cover up controversial actions. It was the final straw for their already uncertain position within the royal family. According to a source, the princesses are now reportedly pleading with Kate Middleton to let them back into the royal fold after being banned from Royal Ascot.
Speaking to Closure magazine, the insider revealed that the Princess of Wales has been 'resolute' about protecting the integrity of the Crown. They said, "Kate was the one who said enough is enough… But she's also unyielding when she feels the Crown is at risk. She believes long-term damage to the monarchy is a real risk." This very undying loyalty has allegedly not been sitting well with Beatrice and Eugenie, who are said to be 'blindsided' after being banned from attending Royal Ascot. They added, "Eugenie's London base—Ivy Cottage at Kensington Palace—and Beatrice's apartment at St. James's Palace are under review," noting their alleged insecurity after their parents lost their royal residence.
With this in mind, the York sisters are said to be panicking and have "emotionally appealed to Kate not to tear the family apart any more than it already has been." The source stressed, "They [Beatrice and Eugenie] know they're out in the cold. But they're begging to be let back in." Such a drastic action against the princesses was reportedly taken as Prince William was not prepared to take any chances, especially after all that has emerged about their parents' ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
If Beatrice and Eugenie end up losing their homes, the insider explained that Eugenie would still have an option to relocate to the US, reuniting her with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Her husband, Jack Brooksbank, has reportedly been offered a job there through his current workplace. They continued, "If Eugenie does relocate, it might open the door to repairing her once close relationship with Meghan [Markle]. She and Prince Harry were, for a time, among each other's few remaining royal allies." They argued, "There was concern about another complicated, Sussex-esque situation, which nobody wanted a repeat of, but given everything that's been happening, there's now a sense that distance might actually help."
For now, Beatrice reportedly intends to remain in the UK, while Eugenie is seriously weighing her options about moving to the US. The source alleged, "Jack is seriously considering it—and Eugenie is said to be excited by the prospect. The turbulence is starting to take its toll—she feels like she needs a fresh start." With all the hullabaloo surrounding their parents' controversies, the York sisters feel like the ground is shifting under their feet but are aware that they cannot risk taking rash decisions.
