Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis Begin New Term at Prep School With Eye-Watering Fees
Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are returning to Lambrook following Labor Day, which marks the unofficial end of Summer.
Prince George started Eton College on September 8. The Prince and Princess of Wales dropped the 13-year-old at the school, meeting his teachers, as George followed in his father’s footsteps. His younger siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, were missing from the occasion. According to several reports, they were likely preparing for their own first days back to school, after a rather relaxing summer.
This will reportedly be following Labor Day, which marks the unofficial end of Summer. Charlotte and Louis will be going back to regular classes at the Lambrook School in Berkshire from September 9 for their Fall term. The Wales siblings had been attending the prep school since 2022, which is when they moved from London to Windsor. The countryside school spans across 52 acres, offering a lot of unique facilities.
This list includes swimming lessons in an exclusive indoor pool, a special golf course, fencing classes, polo grounds, scuba diving training, horse-riding, cooking courses, a full-size astroturf soccer field, special beekeeping lessons, and even filmmaking and animation classes. These facilities also, as expected, come with rather eye-watering school fees. According to Lambrook School’s official website, the Prince and Princess of Wales are paying an annual tuition of £11,000 or $15,000 for the Princess and £10,000 or $13,900 for the young Prince.
This makes their joint annual tuition more than £21,000 or $28,000. While George’s first day at Eton has understandably stolen the spotlight, it’s clear that Charlotte and Louis are going to be beginning essential chapters of their own.
