Princess Anne Issues Warning to Prince William Over Future Reign amid Royal Feud
Princess Anne doesn't want Prince William, Princess Kate, and their kids to feel isolated.
Princess Anne has always been one of the most hardworking and down-to-earth members of the Royal Family. She has gone above and beyond to become a support system for her family, which is why she shares such strong relationships within the firm. Keeping up with this, the Princess Royal has stepped in amid the ongoing rift between her elder brother, King Charles, and her beloved nephew, Prince William. Acting to protect the family’s peace and the Prince’s future, Anne delivered a much-needed warning to William, making it clear that the strain between father and son has only increased following the King’s meeting with Prince Harry.
According to sources inside the Palace, Anne told her nephew to ensure he doesn’t allow his brother to widen the rift between himself and his father. She also made it clear that the differences between them will keep increasing unless they try and meet each other in the middle. It is quite clear that she is extremely worried about William, Princess Kate, and their children. In fact, an insider added, “Anne has warned him that now's not the time to make enemies, or he'll have just as difficult a reign as his father’s having,” making it clear just how serious she is about her advice.
After all, William and Charles have made only a handful of joint public appearances recently, leading royal watchers to speculate that their relationship is going downhill. According to News24, a source explained that the Princess Royal is trying her best to make sure that William and Kate do not isolate themselves from the rest of the family, encouraging the Waleses to stay connected as tensions continue to simmer. She has reportedly made this her personal mission. Weighing in on the dynamic, royal commentator Mark Dolan noted, “It's my understanding that William is furious… Why? Because it's a reward for the treachery, disloyalty, and cruelty of Harry and Meghan!”
Dolan further expressed, “Charles wants to see his grandchildren. I understand that, but I think that Harry and Meghan had no right to be on a royal property. They got their way as usual." Adding to William’s frustration, the King has reportedly extended another olive branch to Harry ahead of his UK visit next month for the WellChild Awards, offering his younger son a place to stay at Buckingham Palace. This gesture has reportedly deepened the divide between William and Charles, rendering Princess Anne’s recent warning all the more crucial. However, neither Princess Anne nor Prince William has officially commented on these claims.
