The Wales family recently made an appearance at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, and, as expected, Prince Louis absolutely stole the show. During an interaction with mum Princess Kate, Louis revealed a family secret involving his older sister, Princess Charlotte, and following his lead, even Prince George had a funny confession up his sleeve that left the group laughing.

Known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay while in Scotland, Prince William and Kate attended the Commonwealth Games with George, Charlotte, and Louis. The family watched netball and cycling events before heading to Wales House in Glasgow, where they met Team Wales athletes. As shared by The Sun, it was during a conversation with twin gymnasts Abigail and Emily Roper that Kate revealed how her youngest, Louis, has been practising his handstands at home.

"Louis, you're perfecting your handstand at the moment," Kate said, prompting the Prince to elaborate on his skills. Louis admitted, "A bit. But Charlotte says I'm no good." He complained that his older sister teases him about his gymnastics attempts. When the gymnasts asked whether Charlotte could do a handstand herself, Louis confidently replied that she could.

William and Kate went on to share that Charlotte has developed a real love for the sport, with William proudly saying, "She loves gymnastics and ballet." The athletes later presented Charlotte with a signed gymnastics leotard, while Louis was given the task of updating Team Wales' medal board after another gold medal was won. The eight-year-old carefully placed the new medal sticker on the board before returning to his father, who smiled, congratulated him and gave him a reassuring pat on the back.

The conversation then turned to George, who was asked whether he could do a handstand too. The future king laughed before making an honest confession about his sporting abilities. "I'm rubbish at anything that involves flexibility," George admitted, leaving everyone amused. The young prince shared that his favourite athletics event is the javelin, while Louis revealed he enjoys the high jump and had recently taken part in his first school sports day. Kate appeared surprised by Louis' latest sporting interest, jokingly asking whether he really liked the high jump, while William laughed, "That's news to us!"
