Meghan Markle's 'Outsider' Duke: Prince Harry Told He Is 'Not Welcome' in the U.K.
Harry, Duke of Sussex, was told that he is 'not welcome' in the U.K. any longer, which makes him a tried and true royal 'outsider.'
Prince Harry's 24-hour trip to Britain on February 6, to visit a sick King Charles III, has led to insights suggesting he never return to his home country ever again.
"He’s an outsider, he's an outcast," royal author Tom Bower dished. "He should be firmly told not to bother coming back anymore."
The scribe's pointed words come after a tsunami of criticism was leveled at the Montecito Duke for his reported "one hour" spent with his father out of a full day back in his birthplace. The 75-year-old head of state was diagnosed with an unknown form of cancer the day before, and is receiving a series of treatments for his condition, which some say is leaving him "weakened."
"I think Harry volunteered to come to the U.K. because he didn’t want to appear in Las Vegas not having visited his father," Bower told GBN. "Why did he suddenly dash over? It was all his self-interest. It was a gimmick. It was to get publicity. It was to show that he was the dutiful son of his American youth supporters."
It is not known if the Duke of Sussex met with any of his other family members during his impromptu trip to the United Kingdom. Some analysts predict that, based on the grand animosity of the last four years, it is not likely, which leaves the King as the last senior royal in Harry's corner.
"Don’t let us in any way think that this was because he feels warmth towards his father and family," Bower continued. "And after all, I’m sure Queen Camilla didn’t see him. Prince William certainly didn’t want to see him."
The author then highlighted how Harry's trip was also trashed by public opinion as well by sharing: "Now I’ve been proved right. You can’t trust the Sussexes. Everything is done in their own self-interest, and they have been absolutely poisonous in their treatment and their comments about Britain and the monarchy."
It seems that as more time passes, the canyon between Harry and his family continues to widen, even with his sole remaining parent lying ill with a serious disease.
"He was not invited to stay the night in any of the many palace bedrooms, and then he scuttled back to California the following morning. I think he’s got the message he’s not welcome in Britain," Bower stated. "I just hope that when King Charles recovers, he finally puts paid to the Sussexes and takes away their titles or whatever [and] tells them very firmly they’re not welcome in Britain."
It is widely believed that although King Charles can strip away Harry and Meghan's styles, he will not attempt to do so.
