Meghan Markle's Waiting Fury: If Prince Harry 'Has an Ounce of Brain in His Body' Duke Won't Make Duchess 'Angry' With All Guy's Birthday Trip
Harry, Duke of Sussex, was advised to ensure he doesn't make Meghan Markle 'angry' during his 'guy's day out' birthday trip.
Prince Harry was a headline-making sensation during the 2000s and early 2010s thanks to his wild partying. With the Duke's upcoming 40th birthday party "guy's day out" trip looming, the ex-working royal has been advised not to make Meghan Markle "angry" during his soirée.
"He's got to be careful — he's a married man, though, he's got two children," royal expert Charles Rae told an outlet when discussing the trip.
With the Duke's infamous August 2012 weekend to Sin City in mind, Rae pointed out how Harry was "playing naked billiards with scantily clad women and allowing them to take pictures of him, which ended up in the newspapers."
While on vacation with friends, the fiery-haired prince, still in the military then, attended a private party in a luxury suite at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel, where he was photographed playing strip billiards. Several photos from the party surfaced online, showing a naked Prince Harry covering himself while in the company of similarly undressed friends.
Rae continued, "If he's got an ounce of brain in his body, he won't get up to anything that could cause him any problems with his wife, because she won't be taking prisoners if he does."
This warning follows reports reflecting the Duchess' need to "steal the spotlight" in public, frequently leaving Harry looking like a "pouty, grumpy" Duke.
This led royal editor Matt Wilkinson to dish, "A lot of it was about Meghan. A lot of the images and the words sent out to us via the [Sussex] press office, [not] just by a pool reporter… it was all about Meghan. The whole thing was created about Meghan," he said of the pair's recent "tour" of Colombia in August.
Although the trip's photographic record shows several images of Harry looking enthusiastic, his pouty expressions seemed to come during moments that focused heavily on Meghan.
Wilkinson added, "And when you saw the footage that was filmed by people at the dinners or people who were there that weren't part of this press pool, they showed a slightly different picture. Harry looked a little bit grumpy. May I use his vocabulary — he perhaps looked a bit like 'the spare!'"
The pair were in the South American nation at the request of its government, specifically Vice President Marquez, who said she wanted to ask them on the tour since she was moved by their 2022 Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan.
The Duke and Duchess promoted "The Parent's Network," which according to the couple's website, is a "global community [that] aims to provide crucial support to parents whose children have suffered from the harmful effects of social media, from facing near-fatal harm, managing ongoing mental health difficulties, or experiencing the tragic loss of a child."
It has been reported Meghan will not attend Harry's upcoming outing for his big 4-0 bash and will stay home with their two kids.
