The York family is currently going through one of its worst periods of turmoil, mainly driven by the escalating tensions surrounding former Prince Andrew. This includes his recent legal troubles and link to allegations connected with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. On top of this, both Andrew and Sarah Ferguson have now lost their royal titles and honors, as public backlash rapidly grows. It has also forced their daughters to maintain a low public profile. In recent news, it has been reported that Princess Beatrice is finding the ongoing family situation 'very hard' to navigate.

Most of us believe that Princess Eugenie and Beatrice are now being isolated from the rest of the royal family, as they have reportedly been told not to join their relatives at Royal Ascot this year. But many still claim that the sisters have received their invitations, and some of the senior members of the Royal Family are constantly making efforts to check in on them, as reported by HELLO Magazine. Speaking of this, one of the sisters' close friends said, "The question is, would they want to go to a public event of that nature? They will get criticism whether they go or not – and not just that event. They just can't win."

The person then went on to add, "Bea has found the scrutiny very hard, especially the strain of the past few weeks. It has felt as though things have been in freefall, and she's being hammered and bullied by commentators." They further spoke of Beatrice's way of dealing with things and said, "Bea is keeping calm and carrying on. She learnt a lot from her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. This is a family in turmoil, but Bea is working hard; the juggle of full-time work and being a parent is her main priority, in order to keep herself mentally strong and her life moving."

Just days before Eugenie's birthday, royal journalist Matt Wilkinson also said, "I've got sympathy for both Beatrice and Eugenie, and I'd like to see them somehow rehabilitated and used properly in the royal family." As reported by The Mirror, he added, "I think the King wants her, wants them both, to not pay for the sins of their parents, but I'm not sure there is mass public sympathy for them at the moment. They're probably going through a complete and utter personal crisis." However, Wilkinson went on to state that the sisters have solid support systems, including their husbands.

Meanwhile, after staying out of the spotlight for months, both sisters were recently spotted in London. For instance, Eugenie was seen celebrating her 36th birthday with husband Jack Brooksbank at The River Café a few days ago. However, for Beatrice, there's another major thing to deal with. She is also facing an ongoing speculation surrounding her five-year marriage to property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Nevertheless, friends of the couple and Edo himself have clearly denied any such rumors.
