Meghan Markle Gives Rare Glimpse Into Home Life With Harry—But It's Lilibet's T-Shirt That Stands Out

Meghan Markle is soaking up the sun in California, and her latest Instagram photo dump says it all. She shared a glimpse of laid-back days at home with Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. However, one detail that stands out the most is the drawing on Lilibet’s t-shirt featuring none other than the iconic Beyoncé.
While there is plenty to take in from Markle’s new social media post, it was her young daughter who ultimately stole the show. The little royal was spotted wearing a graphic tee featuring a custom illustration of the Halo singer alongside the words "B is for Beyoncé." Lilibet is clearly taking style notes from her mother, who isn't just a dedicated fan of the 35-time Grammy winner but a close friend, too.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex most recently enjoyed a date night at her Cowboy Carter tour in Los Angeles in May of last year. Maghan later shared photos of the same, thanking the singer and her team for "an amazing concert" and a "very fun date night." However, the royal couple's connection to the superstar goes back much further. They were first introduced at the London premiere of The Lion King in 2019—a star-studded introduction that actor Billy Eichner later recalled to PEOPLE, saying, “That was the first time she met Meghan Markle. And that was a big moment.”
Furthermore, Beyoncé has also shown support for the couple behind the scenes. In Harry & Meghan, the Duchess revealed that the singer sent her a private message after the Oprah interview, praising her "bravery and vulnerability," saying she had chosen to "break generational curses that need to be healed."
As for her latest carousel, captioning it as “Springing into summer,” along with a flower emoji, Markle also shared snapshots of flowers, fresh produce, and a basket filled with jars of As Ever jam. The real highlights, though, are the family moments. One sweet shot captures Harry playing with Archie using a giant soccer ball that completely dwarfs the little prince, while the final slide serves up major nostalgia with a black-and-white throwback of the couple dating back to 2017.
Marking Princess Lilibet’s fifth birthday on June 4, Meghan treated followers to a celebration of the big day with a few unseen snaps, continuing her tradition of sharing personal milestone photos. She captioned the post as "Our dream girl. Happy 5th birthday, Lili.” One image shows Harry holding a smiling Lilibet as she playfully reaches for his face, while Meghan stands by his side with her arm around him. Another image from the slideshow features a serene, sun-drenched shot of the young royal barefoot in a California garden, reaching for a cluster of purple flowers.
