Prince Harry and Prince William had to grow up with cameras always pointed at them. Being in the position they were, children of then-Prince Charles and Princess Diana whose marriage played out in the press, the two brothers have always wanted privacy when they had their kids. In light of the same, as Meghan Markle recently shared a Father’s Day post featuring her kids, an expert believes Harry must be super ‘uncomfortable’ with her sharing private moments of the children on social media.

Harry and Markle have mostly never shown their kids’ faces on social media, hiding them instead with heart emojis or clicking snaps from behind. However, in the Father's Day video montage, both Archie and Lilibet’s faces were visible. Calling Markle out on her privacy stance, netizens and critics have debated where Harry’s stands now on the issue. Royal expert Ingrid Seward, in conversation with The Sun, wondered what Harry thought of the video. She said, “I would love to know what Harry thought, but I suspect he might be a little uncomfortable, because Harry isn't really a great self-promoter. Unlike his wife, who is.” Seward further opined, “I think he would prefer to be a little more circumspect about who saw photographs of him and his family, but I can't imagine that Meghan would have done it without his knowledge.”

While Seward found the video to be ‘charming,’ in her view, Markle sharing it was ‘very hypocritical’ as the Sussexes have always 'begged for privacy,’ refusing to show their children’s faces. The sudden surge in the pictures Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet on Markle's Instagram had the expert claiming, “Meghan is doing all these things in her anxiety to get publicity for herself, so that she can improve her money-making powers.” Seward added, “They've spoken about social media and how damaging it can be, especially for young kids, and how worried they are about it... And then the next thing you know is Megan is posting quite personal, very charming pictures of her husband and the children all over everywhere, through her Instagram account. So it just doesn't make sense.”

Markle’s latest Father’s Day video was not the only one that made headlines. Her recent video of her and Harry twerking in a hospital delivery room, angered many. It earned Markle also the brutal nickname ‘Duchess of Privacy,’ as folks trolled her for sharing a private moment between her and her husband. However, the criticism hasn't gotten to her as the 43-year-old recently argued it was her being her 'authentic' self. As per People magazine, in her latest appearance on the Aspire with Emma Grede podcast, the Duchess said, “So it's also a really great reminder that with all the noise or whatever people do, there's still a whole life — a real, authentic, fun life — that's happening behind the scenes... I'm just grateful that now, being back on social as well, I have a place where I can share it on my own terms.”
