4 Things Meghan Markle’s BFF Gave Away About Her and Harry’s UK Life in New Photo Dump

While Prince Harry has hit the ground running with a string of public engagements, Meghan Markle has kept a remarkably low profile since returning to Britain. However, a candid social media photo dump from her longtime best friend, Kelly McKee Zajfen, has offered a glimpse of what their new domestic life in the UK looks like. From cozy countryside pub lunches to rare glimpses of Princess Lilibet, Zajfen just revealed how the UK has been treating the Sussex family.

We all know Markle loves her win, and now it seems she also loves herself some board games. Forget royal banquets, Markle’s UK life appears to include laid-back game nights with close friends. Zajfen and her family visited the Sussexes in their new abode, and it revealed how the Duchess has been keeping a low profile. She was seen relaxing outdoors with friends, including longtime pal Marcus Anderson, playing mahjong and enjoying drinks as they settled into a new British chapter.

The Sussexes are also seemingly embracing one of Britain’s most recognizable comfort foods. In her caption, Kelly revealed that her time with the Sussexes came with a side of “mashed peas and fish n chips.” Previously, Harry, on James Corden's show, The Late Late Show, had opened up about his love for the distinct smell of fish and chips wrapped in paper, and it seems like he is finally getting to enjoy it in the UK.

Family time appeared to be another major part of Zajfen’s UK visit. In one of the photos from the carousel, we could see Princess Lilibet lovingly cupping Jack's face, with Zajfen looking over him with a smile. Similarly, Markle and Harry were also seen spending time with Zajfen’s baby son Jack.

Meghan’s clothing carried a little piece of Harry with it. During the relaxed outing, the Duchess was spotted wearing a cap from Harry’s 40th birthday celebrations, giving the otherwise understated look a personal touch. The black baseball PH40 cap was from the special collection she designed for Harry’s 40th birthday, two years ago. PH here stands for 'Prince Harry,' and the 40 denotes his age at the time.
