Prince Philip will be laid to rest on Saturday, April 17 — eight days after the Duke of Edinburgh passed away at 99 years old.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 30 people can attend the event. Queen Elizabeth's four children — Prince Charles, Prince Andrew, Princess Anne and Prince Edward — will be there, along with their spouses.
Philip and the Queen's eight grandchildren — Peter Phillips, Zara Tindall, Prince William, Prince Harry, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, Lady Louise and James, Viscount Severn — will also be there.
Buckingham Palace confirmed that Harry and William, who don't have the best relationship right now, will not be standing next to each other. Instead, their cousin, Phillips, will be walking in between them.
“These are practical changes rather than sending a signal,” the palace said on Thursday, April 15. “This is a funeral and we are not going to be drawn into perceptions of drama. The arrangements have been agreed and represent Her Majesty’s wishes as well as the personal wishes of The Duke.”
The Queen has also ordered all senior royals to wear suits and not military uniforms to Saturday's event. “The congregation will wear masks for the service,” the palace said. “Members of the royal family will be wearing Morning Coat with medals or Day Dress.”

6 a.m. ET: Philip's coffin will be moved from the private chapel at Windsor Castle — where his body lies now — to the Inner Hall.
9:20 a.m. ET: Guests who aren't participating in the procession — Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and Kate Middleton — will leave for St George's Chapel by car.
9:27 a.m. ET: The Land Rover that will carry Philip's coffin will enter the Quadrangle; pall bearers will take their position.
9:40 a.m. ET: Philip's coffin will emerge from Windsor Castle; Charles, Anne, Andrew, Edward, Harry and Peter will follow. After a royal salute, the pall bearers place the coffin onto the Land Rover.
9:44 a.m. ET: The Queen, who will be accompanied by a Lady-in-Waiting, will leave from the Sovereign's Entrance in the state Bentley while the National Anthem is played.
9:45 a.m. ET: The procession, which is eight minutes long, begins. Princess Anne, Prince Charles, Prince Edward, Prince Andrew, Prince Harry, Peter Phillips, Prince William, Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, The Earl of Snowdon, Philip's personal protection officer, Philip's private secretary, two pages and two valets are all in attendance.
9:53 a.m. ET: Philip's coffin arrives at this time.
10 a.m. ET: There will be a national moment of silence at this before the coffin enters the chapel. The 50-minute service, which is led by the Archbishop of Canterbury, begins.
The royal family enters to the song "Carry On."
Dean of Windsor will conduct the service.
Philip's coffin will be lowered into the royal vault. The Archbishop of Canterbury will pronounce the blessing, which will be followed by the National Anthem. The family will leave through the Gailee Porch exit.
When the Queen dies, Philip will be buried next to her at the King George VI Memorial Chapel, which is also in St George’s Chapel.
