While Buckingham Palace has yet to formally confirm the plans, the growing buzz suggests the visit is all but inevitable. Yet the anticipated U.S. tour is a loaded bullet to dodge, as the Waleses’ presence stateside risks reopening old wounds and reigniting tensions with the Sussexes.
