Harry’s Nottingham Visit Drew A Princess Diana Comparison From One Well-Wisher — and We Might Agree
A well-wisher explained how Prince Harry’s warmth reminds her of his loving mother, Princess Diana.
Prince Harry, who recently returned to the United Kingdom with his family, has often spoken about how much he misses his late mother, Princess Diana. In fact, when he visited his homeland with Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, earlier this year, he took them to visit his mother’s final resting place. Furthermore, according to recent reports, Harry is also apparently in exploratory talks to produce a documentary honoring her, ahead of the 30th anniversary of her death in 2027.

So when a member of the public stated that Harry reminded her of the late Princess of Wales, it must have struck a chord in his heart, a rather emotional one.
This happened when the Duke and Duchess stepped out to visit several charitable organizations in the area. On the way out of one of the charities established to give young people access to music and recording facilities, Markle stopped to talk with the crowd nearby. She was also drawn into a rather big and warm hug by Charmaine Richards-Brown.

According to the report, a 67-year-old housekeeper at the University of Nottingham had rushed in straight from work to see the Duchess. Later, while talking to PEOPLE about this moment, Richards-Brown explained, “It’s like I felt I knew her. I am a great fan of them.”
She further added, “I just said to them to look after themselves; Meghan was holding my hands; it was genuine.” Further, Richards-Brown explained that Harry reminded her of someone special, as she said, "He reminds me of his mother!”

This warm confession undoubtedly must have made Harry’s outing extra special. After all, Harry recently opened up about his connection to her in a MasterClass on grief. He said, “Everything I do, everything I put my energy towards, I hope my mother will be proud of it. Trying to continue and protect her legacy, what I didn’t realize was the work that I ended up choosing, or the work that I ended up getting drawn in and attracted to, was so similar to the work that she was doing.”
