Kate Middleton Wears Outfit With an Emotional Tie to Her Cancer Battle

Princess Catherine of Wales wore her gray pinstripe blazer by luxury Italian brand Blazé Milano again, having previously donned it in June 2024 during a public update on her health on Instagram after announcing her cancer diagnosis in March. Posing amid nature back then, her recent appearance comes full circle, where she was captured interacting with children in a garden.

To complement the chic blazer, Kate ditched trousers and stunned in an off-white pleated skirt with a waist-cinching belt, a matching cream T-shirt, and capped flats by Camilla Elphick. She had previously worn these "Alicia" slingback flats, which are adorned with a pearl buckle and black contrast toe back in 2022 during a royal engagement.

Kate kept things simple when it came to accessorizing the outfit. She chose one of her favorite Cartier Ballon Bleu Stainless Steel Watches and the Atelier Molayem bracelet to match the subtle tone of the ensemble.

The Princess of Wales wore intricately designed fine jewelry by British designer Kiki McDonough, which included earrings and a necklace. The candy green amethyst and diamond pendant necklace matched the same-colored earrings. In whole, the pieces looked vintage and not too flashy for a daytime visit

Since Kate’s visit to Italy is symbolic of her healing process, a royal aide noted that she finds joy through her work. The aide emphasized that her first international trip post-illness focuses on a meaningful mission she has championed for years, aiming to bring attention to it on a worldwide scale.
