5 Times Meghan Markle Showed Archie and Lilibet’s Inseparable Bond

While Brits may have plenty to say about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, there’s no denying the affection they have for their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Still, fans only get fleeting glimpses of the sibling duo through the photos and videos Markle occasionally shares on Instagram. Yet even in those rare moments, one thing is unmistakable: Archie and Lilibet share an incredibly close bond. Here, we look back at some of their sweetest moments together.

With both the mini royals still young and just a little over two years apart, things are sure to be chaotic in the household. Showing glimpses of the same, Markle, during the 2026 Easter, shared a video of her two kids running around their backyard with baskets collecting Easter eggs. With the Princess dressed in pink and Archie in a blue shirt and brown trousers, the kids sure did have a lot of fun together.

Although Archie is just a little over two years older than Lilibet, he surely takes his elder brother responsibility very seriously. In the photos shared by Markle to mark Archie’s 7th birthday, the young prince was seen holding his sister’s hand, walking together on a beach near their Montecito home. Archie also carried a big stick in his other hand, but never did he let go of his sister.

Markle is yet to show Lilibet and Archie’s faces to the public, but we get plenty of their back shots, which highlight their identical red heads, which they inherited from their dad, Prince Harry. In one such adorable instance, Markle shared a few BTS photos from her 2022 Netflix docuseries, Moments: The Harry & Meghan, featuring the duo sitting together and interacting as they watch the series footage together.

Big fan of adventures, the siblings often go to adventure parks together. Be it riding merry-go-rounds together or walking through the park, Archie and Lilibet seem to do it all in harmony. Recently, for Mother's Day, the whole Sussex clan decided to enjoy the special day in Disneyland—and as can be seen from the pictures Markle shared on her Instagram, her two children and the rest of the family immensely enjoyed their day out at the House of the Mouse.

In a photo shared by Markle during Lilibet’s 4th birthday party, she and Archie are seen clearly enjoying the special Ariel-themed cake side by side. A picture of the duo from behind shows the two leaning closely together, looking over the cake. The candid snap not only showcased their matching red hair but also highlighted the warmth and closeness they share.
