For the world premiere of Digger in London, Kate wore the Queen Mother's Amethyst Sautoir Necklace with her dramatic purple Jenny Packham gown. The Nizam of Hyderabad Necklace is easily one of the most jaw-dropping pieces Kate has ever worn. She brought out the Cartier necklace for the National Portrait Gallery’s Portrait Gala in 2014, pairing the dazzling diamond piece with a pale blue Jenny Packham gown.

The necklace was originally given to then-Princess Elizabeth as a wedding gift from the Nizam of Hyderabad in 1947. It features an elaborate arrangement of diamonds, including floral motifs and a detachable central pendant.
