Sarah Ferguson Makes a Surprise Comeback to the UK — And One Detail Has Raised Questions
Yes, the Sussexes aren’t the only ex-royals making a grand homecoming to the U.K. this month!
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently made their way back to the UK with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Reportedly, the Sussex children are about to start new schools from next week onwards, while their parents are planning to lead private lives, away from Royal duties. According to several reports, it also seems like Markle might be planning her grand comeback to the world of acting, as she seems to be in talks with the creators of the third season of Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen. However, it turns out that they are not the only ex-royals who have had a grand ‘homecoming’. In fact, according to reports by InStyle, it seems like Sarah Ferguson has reportedly chosen to follow suit, and she has returned to the UK after being away from the public eye for quite a while because of her reported ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
Furthermore, it seems like the former Duchess of York has returned to England less than a month after her daughter, Princess Eugenie, had her third child with her husband. Jack Brooksbank has a young daughter named Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank.
In fact, Ferguson’s fifth grandchild’s name also gave quite a tribute to her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. In fact, Ferguson even stepped out of the dark to meet her new granddaughter and tend to Eugenie. Beyond this, according to claims, it seems like Ferguson also has some plans in terms of her ‘homecoming’ just like Harry and Markle. She reportedly plans to rent a six-bedroom home, which is located in the Home Counties outside of London. She will apparently be getting this space for approximately $8,000 a month.
These claims have also raised quite a few eyebrows as royal watchers have apparently been left wondering how the former Duchess is able to afford her move back. The move also happened a little while after Ferguson’s ex-boyfriend Paddy McNally, who recently died at the age of 88. The Formula One manager apparently passed after battling a long-term illness.
Ferguson dated McNally from 1982 to 1985, and they broke up on mutual terms right before she met and then later got engaged to the former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Despite their split, McNally and Ferguson remained good friends. Alas, Ferguson hasn’t made any official comments or given any more details regarding her move back. It also seems like she isn’t entirely ready to move back to the public yet.
