Royal Fans Slam Meghan Markle for Sharing Unflattering Pictures of ‘Fox’ Harry: ‘No Way She Posted This'
Meghan Markle cannot seem to escape scrutiny whenever she shares glimpses of her life in California. A resurfaced clip she filmed showed Prince Harry playing with their son, Prince Archie, in their sprawling Montecito garden. The Duke’s overly casual, bare-chested look, however, didn't sit well with royal watchers, who slammed Markle for sharing the ‘unflattering’ video.
Harry’s shirtless video, filmed by Markle, appeared in the final episode of their Netflix series, Harry & Meghan. As per the Royal Insider, the Duke of Sussex can be seen gleefully launching himself down a slip ’n’ slide with Archie. It was filmed shortly after the Sussexes' highly publicized royal exit in 2020.
After photos from Harry’s laid-back playdate with his son resurfaced on X (formerly Twitter), royal fans couldn't help but say the same thing. A critic slammed, “No way! She posted this?! Oh, she hates him lol.” In a similar vein, another echoed, “He looks terrible. Why would she do this? It’s humiliating.” A netizen also penned, “Shaking my head... I’d never post a picture like that for anyone. She doesn’t care about him.” As the comments poured in, another opined, “I cannot believe that she did this.”
While royal watchers aren't too happy with Harry's swim trunks look, Markle thinks he's a 'fox'. The Duchess lovingly referred to her husband as so during her first-ever podcast interview on The Jamie Kern Lima Show. While sitting down with the host, she gushed, “He’s also a fox, if you haven’t noticed! My husband’s very, very handsome. But his heart is even more beautiful.” In response, a critic penned, “Oh, and THAT'S supposed to be a 'fox'?” Another quipped, “Remember friends, we're soooo jealous that Rachel married this 'fox'!” Meanwhile, a netizen noted the obvious irony and suggested, “…and he’s worried about the Press? He should shift his gaze closer to home.” Another echoed, “It's true when they say that she IS his worst paparazzi.”
Markle’s interview on The Jamie Kern Lima Show also had her asserting that her marriage to Harry was still in its ‘honeymoon’ phase. As reported by the Daily Express, she said, “When you have a little bit of breathing space, you can just enjoy each other in a new way. And that's why I feel like it's more of a honeymoon period for us now.” Coming back to the couple's Netflix documentary, it also featured other videos of Harry with his children, Archie and Princess Lilibet. In one heartfelt scene, Harry shows Archie a picture of his late great-grandmother, Princess Diana. In another, he is seen reading a story to Lilibet as she sits on his lap on a white couch, surrounded by some of the family's dogs.
