Charles even shared a lighthearted joke that offered royal watchers a rare and candid update regarding his health. While the Monarch generally tends to keep his recovery journey private, this moment stood out by showcasing his signature sense of humor. As he unveiled the commemorative plaque, Charles expressed his appreciation for the region's development, remarking: “It's fantastic to see such a remarkable effort and teamwork and coordination.”
