The speculation has followed the couple for months, with insiders claiming Beatrice's parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson's Epstein scandal strained things between the pair.
Beatrice and Mozzi were recently pictured smiling in a selfie during a trip to Athens, Greece. The image was shared on Instagram by Athens-based art curator Aliki Lampropoulos and was later obtained by the Daily Mail. Although it is not known exactly when the picture was clicked, it surfaced just days after Beatrice and Edoardo celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on July 17, 2026.
In the photo, the couple can be seen looking happy and relaxed as they pose for the selfie. Beatrice was dressed in a casual denim shirt, looking fresh, her hair tied in a bun and her face bare of any makeup. Right beside her was her husband, Mozzi, who kept his look simple in a white T-shirt, with friendship bracelets visible on his wrist. Sitting beside the couple, Aliki smiled for the selfie and added only a bee emoji in the caption, which many believe was a nod to Beatrice's nickname, "Bea."
For months, there have been rumours about trouble in paradise, but a source close to the couple rubbished all such claims. Talking to HELLO!, they shared that all claims about the couple heading for divorce are "not true at all." They stressed, "The only thing Bea and Edo are navigating are their busy jobs and looking after their children! They've both had recent stints working abroad and, like so many working parents, have been balancing work with looking after the kids."
The source continued, "Things are great between them, and the only distance between them recently has been physical distance because of work!" Despite the ongoing speculation, Beatrice and Mozzi have continued to appear together at important family occasions. They attended Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling's wedding in the Cotswolds last month, and their latest smiling selfie from Athens is likely to further quiet claims that their marriage is on the rocks. The couple shares two daughters, Sienna, four, and Athena, one.
