Earlier, royal expert Kinsey Schofield spoke about the issue, highlighting how the question of reliability continues to complicate matters between the Sussexes and the rest of the royal family. Referring to the recent discussions between King Charles’s aides and Prince Harry, she suggested the couple had once again made it difficult for the royals to place confidence in them. Speaking to Sky News Australia, Schofield remarked that while the King and Harry could potentially meet in September, the story itself raised red flags. “I also think that somebody leaked this story and I don’t see the value in it [for the King],” she said.
The distance between Harry and King Charles has become one of the most painful aspects of the ongoing rift.
