The post was captioned, "A small morning ritual. Meghan starts her day with a bag of Peppermint Tea in her water before yoga. Refreshing, simple, and an easy way to ease into the morning."
There's hardly a more British habit than drinking a cuppa first thing in the morning. The timing of the post is particularly interesting, as it comes after news broke earlier this week that Harry and Markle are preparing to leave California and return to Britain later this month.
