William & Kate’s Bombshell New Biography Could Reveal Major Palace Secrets
A fresh biography promises to crack open the private world of Prince William and Kate Middleton, landing just as the royals gear up for their next big move. Titled William & Catherine: The Intimate Inside Story, this joint portrait drops on February 26 from Ebury Spotlight(Penguin Random House)—the first deep dive into the Prince and Princess of Wales together in over ten years.
It traces their path from St Andrews University right up to their day-to-day life, as Prince and Princess of Wales, drawing on rare chats with palace insiders, who, according to the author, gave real behind-the-scenes scoop. One can expect unflinching looks at flashpoints like the media firestorm over their 2022 Caribbean tour, the profound shadow of Queen Elizabeth II's passing that same year, the seismic exit of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2020, and Catherine's brave battle with cancer.
And what sets it apart, according to the author, is that it shines a spotlight on the couple's grit and their blueprint for a monarchy that's sleek, modern, and ready for tomorrow's challenges. The book is penned by Russell Myers, who is the Mirror’s royal editor. He's appeared in more than a dozen documentaries, holding court on radio and TV as he dissects royal twists with insider flair. Myers also hosts the Pod Save the King podcast, which has garnered 15 million downloads worldwide.
Myers took to X, announcing the release date, and said, “I am delighted to announce that my first book, William & Catherine: The Intimate Inside Story, will be published on 26th February. 'It will also be out in the US on 10th March...I can't wait to share it with you all!
