Prince Andrew is set to have yet another rough Christmas season as speculation once again mounts about the disgraced Duke's appearance at Sandringham.

The Duke of York is "not without allies," but there's two members of the royal family who are "protecting" the scandalous prince in his Royal Lodge battle with King Charles III, according to an insider.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie both represent the British Crown 'on occasion.'

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are said to be "working behind the scenes" to try and smooth tensions between the warring brothers.

"The girls take the grandchildren to visit him most weekends," the source revealed. "They are spending far more time with him now than they have done in recent years. They are quite close to their father; they seem to be quite protective towards him."

Although Beatrice and Eugenie do not work for Charles III full-time, His Majesty also reportedly relies on the York daughters to help clean his Sussex "tarnished" crown.

"It's fair to say that the royal name (and reputation) has been tarnished by the Sussexes," PR expert Laura Perkes dished when mentioning Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

King Charles asked Prince Andrew to leave the Royal Lodge in 2022.

"Therefore, changes do need to be made to improve the overall perception of the royal family and keep them relevant," she added.

But conflicting reports recently found that the King has apparently decided that the Duke of York and Sarah Ferguson's daughters will not become full-time, senior working royals.

"There has been much chatter about the possibility of the York sisters becoming working royals, but it is understood Beatrice and Eugenie will be limited to informally helping out when necessary," royal correspondent Cameron Walker told an outlet.

This insight comes as the Royal Lodge fight intensifies as the Duke of York is determined to defeat the monarch for the sake of "Beatrice and Eugenie's inheritance."

Prince Andrew was friends with deceased convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein from 1999-2010.

"Andrew has no intention of moving out, and it’s extraordinary that his brother has chosen to reopen this battle via anonymous briefings to the press," a friend of the former Jeffrey Epstein confidant spilled.

"It's like they [the palace] have learned nothing from the whole Harry and Meghan debacle," the friend added. "Andrew does not have a huge amount in his life anymore; the house is one of the few things keeping him going, and the idea that he is going to throw that away along with his children’s inheritance is just absurd. The place is perfectly well maintained, and the notion that Andrew is in dire financial straits is not remotely accurate. He still has the support of plenty of friends and has plenty of business interests."

Beatrice and Eugenie are fully titled and styled British royals, but these distinctions do not always automatically assure senior working status.
