During her final engagement of the day, the Princess of Wales visited Agriturismo Al Vigneto, a vineyard and farmhouse, where she teamed up with the staff to make tortelli - a traditional pasta dish from the Emilia-Romagna region. Chef Ivan Lampredi praised her cooking skills.
