Ex-Prince Andrew Officially Surrenders Royal Lodge Lease More Than 50 Years Early

Ex-Prince Andrew has officially surrendered his Royal Lodge lease more than 50 years before its 75-year term was due to end. He vacated the Windsor property earlier and faced £1.8 million in dilapidation costs, partly offset by compensation. The Crown Estate is now considering the property’s future use.
