King Charles arrived at Capitol Hill on April 28 to deliver a historic address to a joint meeting of the U.S. Congress. He is only the second British monarch in history to receive this honor, following his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, who addressed Congress in 1991. The King was greeted by House Speaker Mike Johnson and met with congressional leaders before heading to the chamber.
