King Charles shows his love for nature by planting a native tree in Bermuda

King Charles showed his commitment to nature by planting a Bermuda cedar (Juniperus bermudiana) on May 1 during his historic visit to Bermuda. This gesture is particularly significant as the Bermuda cedar is an endemic species that was nearly wiped out in the 1940s and 1950s by an invasive scale insect.
